Payment with Bitcoin

We use BitPay as our Bitcoin payment processor. You will have an option of paying with Bitcoin during the final stage of the checkout process. For a more in-depth explanation on how to pay with Bitcoin please refer to our guide.
Payment via Check
As of April 8th 2017 we do not accept payments via check of any kind.
During checkout you will have an option of paying for your gold and silver bullion order via Wire Transfer through your bank. Once we receive your order, we will send you our bank details. Alternatively you can request them through our contact form. Wire transfers must be received within two business days or we will cancel your order.
Domestic USA Shipping
Domestic USA shipping is FREE with orders over $100. We ship most orders via United States Postal Service because it is the fastest, safest and most reliable method of shipment. Most bullion orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail service within 3-5 working days from receiving cleared payment. We use registered service for orders with higher values to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the package.
International orders will be shipped via a shipping method deemed appropriate for the destination. Please note that orders shipped internationally may take from 5 to 15 working days to reach you. Currently, we only ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Guernsey, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Disclaimer for International Orders
Veldt Gold only charges for transportation costs. Import duties, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees and any fees of any kind levied upon the customer when the shipment leaves the US are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s customs rules and regulations to determine what your additional costs may be. Our insurance only covers shipments while they are in the US and does not apply when the shipment has left the country. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we will not be able to resolve concerns regarding items lost while in transit internationally.
