Veldt provides free fully insured shipping on all U.S. orders, with plain, unbranded packaging, tracking, and signature confirmation where applicable. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days after cleared payment. We also offer by-appointment office pickup in San Diego, California. Our shipping process is designed to be secure, straightforward, and dependable from checkout to delivery.
Once your payment has fully cleared, most in-stock items are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary for certain items, but we aim to move every order efficiently and with care.
Orders are packed in plain, unbranded boxes and shipped with insurance. To help protect delivery, shipments may require a signature upon arrival. Carrier selection may vary based on the order and destination.
